Cat 06
Black Masterbatch
Our carbon-black concentrates draw on a broad range of pigment systems, from large to small particle sizes. Astra Black Masterbatch runs in a wide variety of polymers, ABS, GPPS, HIPS, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP homo- and co-polymers, across applications like film, compounding, pipe, fibre and injection and blow moulding.
It's relied on across key markets, agricultural film, consumer products, wire and cable, textiles, automotive, electronics and packaging, giving plastics deep color and a better visual finish.

White Masterbatch
Our high-performance white concentrates carry up to 75% TiO₂ and are tuned to get the most out of whiteness and thermal stability. Astra white concentrates come in a range of carrier resins, ready for extrusion film, sheet, injection and blow moulding.
Astra White Masterbatch is used widely across the thermoplastics industry and plays well with a broad range of additives and processes.

Color Masterbatch

Additive Masterbatch
Astra Polymers additives speed up processing and lift the mechanical and chemical properties your product depends on. Our range of advanced additive formulations is built to make plastic resins and compounds easier to run.
Antiblock, antioxidants, antistatics and blowing agents; process aids, slips and antislips; UV stabilisers, antifog and cling agents, top-tier functionality that also helps bring processing cost down.

Compound Masterbatch
Our compounds suit PE, PP, PS and ABS base resins, and typically end up in furniture, electrical appliances and industrial components.
At Astra Polymers we formulate and compound resins of every kind, which gives product designers the freedom to design moulds without second-guessing processing or flow. We work hand in hand with major resin makers, OEM development engineers and Tier I and Tier II suppliers to develop the compounds and masterbatches that really matter.
